Ferrari 360 and 430 Spiders come with Lateral Capote Flaps 66462000 and 66462100 made of fiber glass. Beyond the fact they can break, with age, their material becomes brittle.

This retro-engineered flap are very close copies of the OEM Flaps, made out of 3D Printed 6061 Aluminum (Note that sourced from China - Impact on import Duties/Tariffs).

Note that these flaps need to be painted and we recommend using 2 layers of 2K Epoxy Primer before painting with basecoat and then 2K clearcoat.

Note that the thick aluminum washer and screw that would come with OEM part 66462100 does NOT come with our 3D printed Lateral Capote Flap, so would need to be removed from the OEM flap to be used on our Flap.

These flaps cost us c. USD 100 per piece to get 3D printed (Industrial grade SLM Technology) which is considerably more than the EUR 5.13 per item (+c. EUR 7,000 upfront investment for the mold we were quoted for) for the cast aluminium ones that you can find online for USD 800+.
