Ordering, shipping times, Import taxes and Return

Because we are a small organization and in order to keep pricing as low as possible, we will not initially carry much stock or any stock at all.

We aim to make an order to our suppliers twice a month, with the following expected times:
 - Manufacturing time: usually 5 working days
 - Shipping time to us: c. 5-10 working days
 - Quality control and assembling by 360 Custom Parts: c. 2 working days
 - Shipping to you

Customer order cancellation - 3-5% deduction
For orders cancelled by the customer after the payments have been processed and made for reasons independent to 360CustomParts, we are able to refund the order but will need to deduct a specific percentage of the full amount to compensate us for the credit card fees and currency conversion to CHF charged by the platform that cannot be refunded to us. This allows us to keep our prices low to customers not cancelling orders:
 - Orders denominated in CHF: 2.9%
 - Orders denominated in other currencies 5.1%

Price changes
Please note that our prices are set in US Dollars and pricing in other currencies fluctuate depending on the exchange rates.

While we aim to keep pricing stable in US Dollars, we may from time to time have to adjust our pricing.

VAT and Custom taxes
Unless specified and included at checkout, all our items are shipped from Switzerland excluding taxes, VAT, custom fees and import fees. Any of these charges, if any, are to be paid by the customer to the delivery company.

Return
We test every single product we ship. Unless the part you receive is defective, return would not be accepted. This policy helps keep our prices low.
